Christmas Cuddles

Really enjoyed working with this Pagemaps sketch and Jeanette Lynton's color combo.

Since I did not have any b&t pp that I could use, I made my own with my Close To My Heart stamps and Prisma Glitter.

I love how my title turned out. I firstly stamped it with Lilac Mist then I used my sponge dabber and Outdoor Denim ink to add some dimension.

To make the "joy", stamp the image twice in your two colors of choice, then cut out your j and y, paste overtop of the other color. Add some Prisma Glitter to the snowflake. Voila you have a custom made embellie.

Watkins Family

Jeanette Lynton's color challenge: My layout:

Again, title and embellishments are all created with my Close to My Heart stamps!

Colby

Using a Pagemaps sketch and Jeanette Lynton's color challenge:

My nephew, Colby

The border around the photo, the title, the cranberry scalloped border and the embellishments are all stamped with Close To My Heart stamps!

Breaktime!!!!

For this layout, I again, used a Pagemaps Sketch and Jeanette Lynton's color me Monday challenge.
The title and embellishments are stamped. As well as the cranberry sclaopped border.
Sorry that my layout is not straight, it is a bit windy today! LOL!

The dragonflys are stamped with a technique called "rocking and rolling" and then glittered with prisma glitter.

Thinking Of You

Here is a card using the same color combo and stamps as the layout below:

Inspirational challenge

I used a Pagemaps sketch and Jeanette Lynton's color me monday challenge for this layout

As you might not guess, everything you see here has been created with Close To My Heart acrylic stamps....from the background to the embellishments!!!!

Here is a close up of the stamped tickets, I creased and inked them for a distressed look.

And a close up of the stamped flowers.
I LOVE Close To My Heart stamps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Zippidee level 2 paper!

To be honest with you, when I saw the Zippidee paper pack in the Idea Book, I was dissapointed. It was presented as a theme park pack....looked to me like paper made for Disneyland photos, so I never ordered it right away. I gave in last month and ordered it and am I ever LOVING this paper!!!! So far I have created one card and two layouts from it....and I can see many more coming!!!!!
This card uses the July stamp of the month...isn't he cute? I also added some Prisma glitter to the balloons. He is colored with Desert sand ink and my blending pen. I also added some Grey Wool ink to add a bit of texture. This layout is dear to my heart, the photos are at least 13 years old and my Dad who has since passed away is in the bottom photo. I will add journalling as soon as I figure out what exact year it was!
This layout features my two nephews with their crazy hair! LOL! Are they cute or what? It's like the Zippidee paper was made for these photos!!! What do you think of my tickets? They are Close To My Heart stamps, yes they are!!!!! The title was stamped with my all time favorite stamp set Rustic Alphabet.

If you like what you see here, leave a comment. If you would like to purchase Close To My Heart products this week, I am unavailable by e mail! You can leave a comment here and I will contact you through my hubby's e mail!!! Thanks so much!!!!
I have to add that the thing the I LOVE about Close To My Heart is that it is SO EASY to work with. First, I grabbed my level 2 paper pack, the matching inks and a couple of stamp set which I made my own embellies from....so EASY! I LOVE THAT!
